That little block of wonky scalloped lines from Wonky Backdrops is such a useful background stamp!
HOW TO:
- Apply water-based dye inks in mint and aqua hues to the scalloped lines, mist lightly with water and impress onto quarter sheet of watercolor paper; set aside to dry.
- Stamp seashells with black pigment ink onto watercolor paper and heat emboss with clear embossing powder.
- Watercolor the images and diecut with coordinating dies.
- Mount watercolor background panel to standard A-2 card front (4.25 x 5.5").
- Die cut speech bubble ( love that thang!!! ) from white card stock and stamp sentiment with black ink.
- Mount all die cut pieces with foam mounting tape to card as shown.
- Embellish the conch shell with Pico Embellisher/Glossy Accents and glue on the little clear Drops; allow to dry.
Cute, sassy, done!
