This is one of my favorite layouts--fun to use with tall sentiments, and accent with smaller images. It just... works. :)
I just stamp the sentiment onto a small panel of watercolor paper and then cut a wavy line through it. Watercolor the bottom half, splatter paint on the top half. Piece them back together with a small gap when I mount them to the base card. And, of course, they're popped up on foam tape. *snort*
I pressure embossed the snow texture into the card front with a 6x6 Snowfall Embossing Folder by Alexandra Renke--flipping it around makes me think of sea bubbles rising up from the bottom of the ocean. LOVE THAT. Well, that and the fact it's a 6x6 folder; makes it easy to use it vertical or horizontal on the card.
Those little clear drops by HAI Supply always get me--they're so crystal clear, they look like they're made of glass! Just a trio; no more, no less. I know, I know. I'm such a weirdo when it comes to that. But, I already know that one more would have been one too many. Balance woulda' been thrown off and the planet woulda' rolled off its axis.
Just sayin'...
